For clarity:
- "Anti-Tarnish" refers to a protective coating applied to reduce early oxidation and colour fading.
- It does NOT mean permanent non-tarnishing.
- It does NOT guarantee lifetime colour retention.
- Colour longevity depends on usage, exposure, skin chemistry, storage, environmental conditions, and care.
- All plated jewellery naturally experiences wear over time. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Return & refund policy
- We have a strict no return and no refund policy but still for the feedback you can send your query with video proof of the product being opened at the time of unboxing.
- Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- All products purchased under the clearance sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
- Reason for return, incase of damaged product if received - Video proof of product opening.
Video proof is mandatory for returns of damaged products.
